  • Products that deteriorate quickly or expire soon.

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken.

  • Digital content provided electronically, once downloading has started with your consent.

 

2. How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, email us at info@mylity.com within the cooling-off period. Please include:

  • Your name and contact information.

  • Order number and proof of purchase.

  • A brief explanation (optional).

2.2. Return Instructions

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Return the product(s) in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories.
