1. Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within five (5) business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays).

Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping costs and methods

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery address, order size, and chosen shipping method.

We currently deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and EU countries.

Carriers may include Swiss Post, DHL, or equivalent services.
3. Delivery times

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 3–7 business days

EU countries: 5–12 business days

Unless otherwise agreed, all orders will be delivered within 30 days of contract conclusion.

Delivery times are estimates; actual times may vary due to customs, local carrier conditions, or force majeure events.
4. Customs, VAT, and duties

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Domestic deliveries; no import duties or additional VAT apply.

EU deliveries: Orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for complying with import regulations in their country.
5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

You can use the tracking information to follow your parcel via the carrier’s website.
6. Delays or lost shipments

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days (CH/LI) or 30 business days (EU), please contact info@mylity.com.

We will investigate with the carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
7. Returns and exchanges

EU consumers: You have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

Swiss consumers: MY LITY voluntarily grants a 14-day return right.

All returns must follow the instructions in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. MY LITY will provide return shipping instructions upon request.
8. Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives visibly damaged during transport, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible.

If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty claims for manufacturing defects remain valid for the statutory period (2 years under EU law and the Swiss Code of Obligations).

In all cases, MY LITY will cover the return costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund (including original delivery charges).
9. Exclusions and restrictions

We do not deliver to PO boxes or certain remote locations.
Certain restricted or hazardous products may not be available for shipment. Any such restrictions will be displayed at checkout.
